Oh well erm its going well hopefully i will be able to get a new license in a few months after i have take a retest and i should be passing in that test.

Director:

Ahhh well this has been going on for a long while tho <First Name> and as in your employee contract, we are unable to sustain your employment because of your loss of your driving license as it states in your employee contract without you having a driving license you are unable to do the work that is expected of you meaning it leads to a loss of your employment.
